Mage not using some main spells

Ok, so I'm over the whole Conjur food problem. I have tried a few fixes that haven't worked that were all including installing new common.cs

I'm more concerned now with mages in BG's

Most important
Not casting Ice Barrier when up (frost/fire)
Not using Frost Bomb or Living Bomb (frost/fire) <----fire needs this up badly
Not using heating up procs by casting fire blast to get insta pyroblasts (Fire)


Less important
Not casting Frozen Orb to slow and get fingers of frost (frost)
Not using Presence of Mind (frost/fire)

Anyone have any fixes for the main ones I listed first?

Thanks Tony... CLU looks like it's not as polished and may take some work to install.. Do you have an idea if and when Singlar will update and fix the above mentioned problems?

I tried downloading CLU with tortoise and no luck. Not sure what i'm doing wrong. Is there a zip of that thing around?

im working with a very talented person to see if we can make the mage routine really sing, but like all things it takes time.
