Made a new account because other one got banned. Unable to start the client?

I did everything as normal and it started to load up hackshield, etc, saw the green thing with the words (im very descriptive) and then instead of the client fully loading it just dropped itself


is this because i haven't created a character on this account yet?

if so, how am i supposed to do that without logging in through glyph and revealing my HWID?

If your client closed without errors - its AA bug.
