Macro spam while moving?

Is it possible to spam a macro or ability while moving to a location?

I have this in mind for pick pocketing. If i can spam a macro while moving to different coordinates, then there is no need to move to a location / stop and wait for macro spam / then move to a different location.

This would greatly speed up the rate of pick pocketing

Any thoughts?
