I want to farm rep with the tabard for hyjal and i was wondering if there was a certain heroic i should run for the rep?

You gotta quest for the tabard and if you want to go further into it such as gaining an exalted rank or reveered you will need to wear the tabard in any heroic dungeon.

you repeated what i said almost as if you were answering a question. im asking whats the safest/best H to run as healer

do heroic instances, you get about 1000 rep a run, or quest.

I haven't tried on heroic, but BRC isn't too bad, provided the rest of the group is good at moving out of AoE, like the first boss' ability, the bot will run to the nearest party member, so if there's a noob in the group, the bot may end up getting nuked as well. If the whole group moves far away, the bot is fine.
