Heya,

So atm I have about (nearly) 2 guilds goldcapped, both level 25 and 1k members in it. (about 200 active maybe ? )

Anyway, Some days I get these pesky people - that start a rampage because they see the money in the guildbank, they are mostly new started people and get greedy to want the gold.
Ofcourse they can't have it and start bitchin about Cesspool guilds.

I wouldn't care about this since all members are automated recruited and have to say, made me alot of extra gold though the guild perk.
However, the annoying thing is - one or two checks the gold log, this will show all my bots in that guild depositing gold.. though they don't know they are bots.. and ask '' why r you depositing gold blah blah''

I can see one or two no-lifers actually sending reports about that, Do you think that could cause problems for that guild ? I mean, the gold log is rather suspecious and I have no way to deny vision of that to members.

input is appreciated,
cheers

EDIT - By depositing about 25 times 1 copper - you can clear the suspecious money log, though since my bots deposit gold every hour it's not really viable I guess :D maybe with some kind of profile I can implement that.

Guildkicker, set it to "All" and you are fine. Srsly, why you want to have a 1k player guild with goldcap?

I had a lvl 25 guild where only my guildleader was in it ( guildleader is a non-botting account)
When I sold gold ( about 150k or so ) it triggered a flag and blizzard deleted the entire guild and banned everyone in it ( INCLUDING 10 random lvling accounts that had nothing to do with it whatsoever ).

I have been selling gold from full guilds since then and never had that issue.

If u want to save for WoD, kick everyone. In WoD, go ahead and get rid of the gold within 1 day (shouldn't be that hard).

How many actual unique players do ya have? Keep the ones that dont complain and kick the rest out.

Atm I'm just 'promoting' the troublemakers by putting them on Timeout rank - disabling all privileges, this however doesn't deal with potential reports that could compromise my stash.

Getting rid of 1million gold in a single day for a good price is more challenging then you might think - anyhow, selling more then 200k a day will give ur guild some serious red flags resulting in a disband or guild leader ban, besides - I rather keep these guilds as a lvl 25 guild is rather annoying to get. ( price is usually okey but not many selling )

I always work towards the long-run and not dump into Chinese. anyway, that's getting besides the point.

Kick the troublemakers, keep the rest, problem solved.

Just act like your a boss who's firing someone....Write an in game email telling them you've received complaints about their negative attitude/behavior from other guild mates and that at this time you feel its better to remove them from the guild. Wish them luck in their endeavors and let it end at that. Of course you would do this right before you kick their toons from the guild. If you dont want conflict do it when they're offline. You'll have been diplomatic and courteous and if they happen to file a grievance you can say that they're just mad because you kicked them from the guild.
