Lua events and Spams attacks

Been getting 2 sorts of errors on any bot base I use. The logs a from a questing profile and a gatherbuddy 2 profile.

Been getting the same errors accross all the recent releases of honorbuddy, makes no difference If i do a clean install or a update.


I only noticed these errors after using a modified cc for my druid and thought it best to check the logs.

after seeking help i was directed to do the following by xpresion

It amazes me how some people can get errors

TRY the following: don't skip on ANY of the steps.

#1 Download a fresh copy of HB, and the feral.cs from the first page *make sure to replace it with the feral.cs from the fresh HB extract* in the the following directory (Honorbuddy 2.5.6319.473\Routines\Singular\ClassSpecific\Druid )

#2 When you load WoW Untick all UI's so its DEFULT UI. don't USE ANY! just for testing sake!

#3 Make sure you are not attempting to run any Plugins with the fresh HB thinking they "may" not interfere.

#4 make sure your firewall is allowing communication with HB servers i know with Using Zone alarm i get prompt to grant access to HB EVERYTIME it gets updated.

#5 load HB in Admin mode and give it a *****.

#6 try using BG bot and see if the bot runs fine, it may be a poorly made profile confusing the bot.


After following that I still get the same errors.

Any help would be great.

just because its in the log doesn't mean its a bad thing. from what i can tell in both your logs honorbuddy is doing what it needs to do. if its working you shouldn't really worry about it.

Cool my main concern was that it would make it easy for blizz to determine Bottish behaviour on my account if every time it goes to attack something it spams the attacks. But if your happy I am happy.

have you seen people play? they spam their action keys. like pressing 1, 1000 times a second is going to make it cast faster.

CodenameG, one other thing I have noticed on my gathering toon and you may see it on one of the logs I have posted. Sometimes there is a delay when the the bot gets to a node to mine/herb. It will sit just above the node for 1,2 or more seconds before it dismounts to interact with the node. Just looks weird to see a character hover over a node and pause before getting it.
