Is there any way to put a timer on how often the monk can lashing tail kick? Without the timer, the monk spams LTK, which then depletes the sweeping wind stacks. Without the sweeping wind stacks, he does no dmg, and dies shortly afterwards.

there is no setting for this, you have to edit the CanCastLashingTailKick() Method in the Trinity -> MonkCombat.cs file

my bot does keep atleast 1 stack
or 3 stacks if low on Spirit
it only uses the last stack if it has alot of life & spirit left
