Before the last update I earned about 26-30k xp / h and now only won 4k xp / h. And I have the same settings it had before, this may be because the account I'm using the hack is lvl 14?.

Check your speed, find a nice dense clump of poke stops and keep the working radius minimal so your bot is not out on the spiral arms of your poke stop galaxy.
Version 115 has a new feature - limit pokemon caught and pokestops visited, usually around 45-60 default, which slows experience down majorly, boost them up, and try to avoid the 2k pokestop soft ban.
