Low on memory error

running the bot keeps telling me low on memory and trying to force me to send a error report to blizzard it's repeat can't get it to stop

I have the blizzard error report and the error report .dmp file i don't know what that is but its about 8x larger file vs the report
am I able to privately send you this information?

over 50% on both drives available
and i have geforce experience installed but I haven't had these problems up until the last 3 weeks
I have been using this notebook since it came out in October with no problems

wow repair complete and uninstalled geforce experience still had the error pop up game was also still running fine meanwhile blizzard made an attempt for me to submit a report happened just now today 3/7/2016 7:40 pm CST
