Take a look at UnicornFart's setup, found here.
He has a pet with it on passive, with Spirit Bond talent for passive healing.
 
Working like a "charm". 600-800 per hour. Ret pally. Sitting in one spot back to wall so the little ones do not get behind me. Thank you for the info.

its the last post on Page 4

my gear is higher, 560, and in about 4 hours of farming this on Normal difficulty, i was basically full red. you just gotta port out and repair and do it all over again.

And yes, with spirit bond up and pet on passive, i never dropped below 95% health.

Was linking the post where you explained what you were using and you setup on talents and such for him to see, your other one is a screenshot but doesn't show like what you are actually using. :)
 
You think it's possible to powerlevel chars this way ( Don't need the charms really, just the endless kills :) )

maybe.....but monkey runs are still the fastest way to level 85-90, though, thats a dumb profile to bot unless you are running all 5 players in the dungeon

I don't think they actually reward XP because they endlessly spawn. I could be wrong of course, but usually things that just endlessly spawn like that reward no loot (which they don't) or XP.
 
working amazing using a private routine. AOE damage burns this shit down quick, getting 20-30 charms a minute.

cause the routine is public too and what the public one does so does the private for this specific duty. just stating that i feel the class specific routine gives it a boost in how many you get per hour. You guys can get the same! I'm just excited it works so well. Please don't take what i said the wrong way, i didn't mean it to sound arrogant.
 
Works great finally got round to doing it, thanks!

Was pretty easy to solo the boss with 479 gs.
 
Did this on my 576 warlock. the hoplings instant die ofc, took around 30 minutes for enough to make a mount.
