Before yesterday I could run 3 demonbuddys perfectly never had any issues. The patch came out and I downloaded the newest demonbuddy beta build, newest trinity, and newest rrrix yar fork. im also running rrrix's newest act 3 random profile along with the newest quest tools. Everything is completely fresh install from yesterday. The difference now is im getting a bunch of little lag spikes. If i pause demonbuddy the lag spikes completely go away so i know its not my computer.

I'm having the same problems as this guy: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonbuddy-forum/118173-lags-using-new-version.html

The only difference I can see is that now im using demonbuddy beta instead of the regular demonbuddy and i downloaded all new versions of the profile, yar, quest tools, and trinity.

please help this is so frustrating!

UPDATE: this has nothing to do with my RAM or processor. All of the stats stayed the same. i even closed my other 2 diablos and just let 1 bot run. still getting the same lag on that one bot. and only 10% of my processor and 30% of RAM are being used

I also ran demonbuddy without rrrix's YAR and it still has the same lag spikes.

this is a demonbuddy problem.

same, some windows are like .2 fps at times , others are 15 (my setting), while still running it is affecting my botting speed (gph/iph/gph/dph)

I solved my lag problem. do a ctrl alt delete and sort your proccesses by memory usage. Right click, set affinity, and assign the "Diablo 3.exe" process to core 2 to 7 ( i have an I7 2600k ), and assign the bot and to core 0 and 1.

Same issue in BuddyWing so i tried it :P

This is not a solution, what about people botting on lower performance machines/processors ? Nesox needs to see to this.

processor speed has nothing to do with it. im only using 20-30% of my processor running 3 demonbuddys.

i tried ur method however, no difference. still getting insane lag spikes

I noticed a similar issue and also that the ticks/s was 20 which seemed rather high. If you go onto the trinity Advanced settings and force the tick/s rate down it might help. I have it set to 5 which gives me a ticks/s rate of 10 as for some reason the reported tick rate is double what I set this number to. Let me know if this helps

this doesnt have anything to do with memory or processor usage. all my stats are low. its demonbuddy thats tripping over itself

this worked for me.. :-) +1

Dropping to 2 FPS every 10 or so seconds. DB also doesn't seem to be as "intelligent" as it was yesterday. I'm dying like 20 times an hour on Mp2.

tried this but set affinity on db is access denied

thanks, noticeably different.... in combination with the affinity being set this dropped my cpu usage from 90% to like 60%

(db is on last 4 cores), thinking about changing affinity back to all to spread the load

few minutes later , affinity still split

thats weird. i tried lowering my cache, tick rate, and the affinity thing. still at about 30% cpu usage and 50% ram usage.... still having major lag spikes

EDIT: nvm it isnt my processor. CPU usage is at 38%, my memory usage (RAM) is at 5.36gb out of 7. (76%)

MUCH higher than the ram usage before yesterday's patch. now each diablo is running at 1gb. idk if that makes any difference but i even have my d3prefs changed to make it really crappy graphics and my windows are tiny from rrrix's yar. i dont think it was using this much memory before. either way tho my diablo windows dont do this when i have db on stop.

im almost 100% positive its the new db version doing this

I am getting Major lag spikes the whole time I play just regular. Is everyone sure it's not the battlement server? I haven't even tried the bot yet, I'm a try when I get home from work today.
