Lost username

Hello i recently decided to give honorbuddy a try, i purchased a trial key and received it however when trying to register an account to my email was in use. Sadly i do not remember registering nor do i remember my username and could find no option to recover username via email. Sadly the key auto attaches to the email you purchased it with. So sadly without attaching the key i cannot use any profiles as they are all on the store now a days which requires an attached key. What do i need to do i looked around and could not find a solution to this particular problem
