Lost username to BuddyAuth

Hello...
Been trying HonorBuddy for some hours now, and due some crashes i have an login error "Max Sessions" and want to login, i cant registrer with my email since its already registrered, and i can't remember my username so its making it quite hard to reset my password on BuddyAuth... What do i do? Got no old emails with the username in it :O

e-mail support and ask for help with your username and resetting your password. make sure to include your key if you have it so they can pull your information easier.
