Lost my Key

I had to completely delete my honorbuddy off my computer for various reasons, and when I redownloaded it I went to open it and log back in noticing that I forgot my key. I tried looking in all my emails but had no luck, I tired the buddyauth thing, I already made an account for the email but I forgot the password so I tried resetting it by typing in my email, but whenever i typed in the new password I was given it still didnt work, and I tried multiple times. PLEASE HELP!
