Lost my key again

i lost it yesterday and got it back last night,
and i was deleting my HB files and downloading them again to do a fresh install.
but i keep my key in a notepad file safe in my HB files and i forgot about it and deleted it along with my HB files

Any help,
Also having a problem with buddy auth, need a password reset as when i try to recover it says no account with my email,
but when i try to register it, it says there is already account with email

I have emailed support but thought to speed it up i would make a thread. thanks
