Lost my Honorbuddy key.

Hey!. I just upgraded my windows and now the Honorbuddy key that u logg in with is not saved anymore. I looked in my mail and i can?t find the mail that u get the key in. I think the mail most have been deleted. What i found tho was the bill order number from g2s is it possible to get my honorbuddy key back by using the order number?.
