Lost BuddyAuth info

I guess I lost my buddy auth info, I logged in the store and it says
"Purchase failed. You don't own an active key for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to. "
So if someone could please email me my correct info that'd be amazing!

are you sure you registered on the buddyauth site with the SAME e-mail you used during checkout?

if you did and your key isn't listed then e-mail support, if you have your key make sure to include it, so it can be bound to whatever buddyauth account you are using.
