Lost a session off my key?

Before with my UID/PASS login I had two sessions, now with the new key system according to the email I only have one? I would like to know what happened to my other session. Am I just out the money I paid for it or is there a way to get it added back on?

Sent. Like I said in the email, I have yet to be able to test it, because the bot crashes on start every time.
