Loremaster

I don't know if this would fall under HB or GB, but I would really like to see a loremaster profile, yes it would be quite an undertaking, but so rewarding.

not realistic at the moment because honorbuddy is pretty limited in doing all the needed quest types.

Yes, but even still, it can take down a bunch of the quests, and make the demand on the user to do this much less demanding and much more appealing.

iv been doing this from zone to zone, with questordermaker and questy. basicly you generate a list with either of those 2, then you move all the "difficult quests" to the bottom, or fill out the extra needed info +download a questhelper plugin somewhere here from the forums. im not sure wich is accually faster, if ur only interested in doing loremaster, cause it takes quite a bit of time writing one that doesnt stop on every other quest cause of something :/. but its getting better each release. some zones have alot of kill x , z times. those usually work flawlessly. main problem is getting a structure for chainquests, and or when quests become availible. you cant pickup a quest that needs a prequest, etc etc.

i would settle for an addon telling me which quests are still open (not done by me) on a given map

In all seriousness, with the amount of time until Cataclysm and the amount of quests in the game, it would take way more hours trying to get a profile to work and created to do this than to sit down ad just do it yourself. Since I have actually done Loremaster, I can tell you there are A LOT of travel quests, and HB would spend all it's time running back and forth on foot than anything. So the likely hood of a profile this advanced is pretty much out of the question. I doubt anyone would want to spend hundreds of hours making a profile that will be obsolete in November or December.

idd, i did however have success in some zones, but the time i spent making hte profile and correcting it prob would be bout the same as doing em myself.
