Looting while playing manually

I've looked around and may have missed it, but is it possible to play manually without any interruptions while demonbuddy loots for you as you're playing the game? So if I'm speed running rifts it'll just pick up mats etc as I run past them? If it possible can you point me in the correct direction please?

that is very simple, right click a profile and click edit, highlight everything then press delete, the profile should be blank, then save it, on bot click load and load the profile that you just edit, make sure you delete all other profile if it doesn't work, that should do the trick because the bot will attempt to load the last working profile, in game click start and play while bot loot and everything for you

Done that but didn't pick up most things for me, just gems mostly :<

check your Trinity settings about items/pick up
