Looting issues

My DB isn't looting crafting materials and infernal keys. I have trinity selected to do so and for whatever reason they aren't being looted. Any one know what could be causing this conflict?

I wouldn't make him angry u won't like him when he is angry post a log so he and everyone else can help u
