Looting failed - Singapore

Hi, I need an advise. Currently my setting I did not touch anything but when I start bot, few things occurs;

1) It did not caught any pokemon

2) After looting that particular pokestop, the bot did not move. It keep on looting & failed " [22:08:48] Looting pokestop 96ca22a29ad84a7bbcb35b9fcc51ef93.16 failed. Trying again"\
