Loot rule problems

Hi new to the forum

I am having problems i tried out new loot rules and didnt like them i wanted to go back to the default lootrule but am stuggling. It will only loot item lvl 63 yellow or legendarys. i have tried the restore default in the settings and have also tried a complete fresh DB aswell with no joy?

any ideas guys ??
