Thats not a loot rule, that requires to edit the plugin code to alter it and modify so it suits your needs. A loot rule is an XML file that you use to tell DB which items you want to pickup and what to do with those. If you have Trinity, you need to set it to "Use Custom Loot Rule" and you will loose Trinity Scoring System. On the bright side, you gain a total control over the loot.
