loot problem

hi, i have a dh and today start use db, all seems to be ok, it kill elite, but it don't pick up healt potion and gems, i try to use high level rules and default rules but it doesn't want to pickup potions and gems and tomes :\
i can't use gils for loot because i have to use belphegor, what can be the problem? i have to change the pickup rules? i have the game in italian is this a problem and i have to change language?

since you are using Giles old stuff already my suggestion is to his his updated Trinity instead

solved the problem, was the lenguage of client, put in english and solved ^^ tnx
