I believe we've finally located the cause of this problem, yesterday. It was a very tough one to isolate because it doesn't happen to everyone.
The potential fix for this should be available in the next drop. We'll have to see if its truly a 'fix', or just a bit of defensive programming, once the Community can do some wider testing.
