loot changed or is it just bad luck?

Doubt it's just bad luck. this many people can't have been unlucky for a whole week, and there's 1600 views to this thread, so surely there are more people who experienced the same but haven't posted.
Yeah, I bet they're laughing and I hope they laugh themselves into the emergency room... IMO the only good things about this game is the farming/boting and the RMAH and they've made a point of fucking those up from the start.

Well.. I won't ragequit, but maybe I should bot WOW for a while, I got a couple of accounts last month but haven't used them much. The WOW gold market on auction sites isn't THIS eventfull... and (as opposite to D3) you can run 10+ bots on WOW even on old computers.

I've got same 'problem'. I bot on 8 accounts atm, 12h a day. For over 2 weeks I made only 300 mil. Thats fucking bad.

What are your IPH, DPH and EXP per hour?

My exp is around 15-18mil and all bots have 0-2 dph. Round 100k dps. I ll check iph when i get home.
Well im pretty sure now they ve changed drops, maybe to balance market.
Im still wondering however if bigger mp lvl actually drop loot and if as smd already mentioned before our bots are flagged and we dont get any drops.

Ps. Legendary drop still same, just a lot crap

I level my first Wizard to Paragon 80 without botting (madness I know) and in that whole time I got 1 decent drop worth 180m. Nothing else even came close.

Now I'm botting 4 accounts and having a lot more luck on every char, but that's all it is... luck.

I wish I could believe you Exarchi, but apparently this "bad luck" started for a whole lot of people at the same time just after last week's maintenance... It's not the first time they nerf something without a public announcement. Statistics can't be all wrong - if at a specific point in time a whole lot of people started getting bad loot, it usually isn't a coincidence. If you've got some good stuff since last week - now that might actually be luck.

As for your manually leveling your char and never getting good loot, that can be explained: you need to be online and looting elites constantly, 24/7 to have a fighting chance to get good stuff even in normal circumstances. I presume you didn't play D3 24/7 to get to para 80...

Its not luck... come back when you have at least 6 accounts at paragon 100...

same here, when i started boting 2 months ago i got really good drops, made some good cash on it, but from 3 weeks i got nothing worth more than 5 euro, thats weird, only craps droping last days

That's exactly what my intuition told me when I read a recent blue post that said they were dealing with bots in "different ways". Reducing our drop rates without warning is an effective strategy because it'll make many people give up, thinking it's not worth it anymore, while fair players don't get any disadvantage. If I were them that's what I'd do.
