This is a fault on either Trion's end or your e-mail provider filtering your mail.
I would try changing IPs again in order to have a new mail sent to me or keep trying with the same one. If it doesn't get resolved with a couple IP changes/restarts then go to Trion support for it, although I'd keep the proxy part out of the conversation if I were you since it's against their ToS and just go with the "I moved places" excuse.
