looking for software

Any1 know of software that will burn a disk when the following appears true:

1) the disk doesn't appear to be writable
2) there doesn't appear to be a disk
3) there was an error burning the disk

I need some software that will burn a disk, even if those 3 statements are true. Going to burn an empty disk to try and do something.

That is IMPOSSIBLE.

No softwear would allow you to do that. It could kill your CD/DVD/BR drive

How much would it cost to have a linux programmer make that possible?

Not sure it's software that's causing your f'ed up disc lol. Do you have a windows machine you can test the disc on to verify it's not a hardware issue?

I want to use my dvd drive to make graphene. part of the process requires using my dvd drive to oxidize graphite oxide into graphene. don't want to actually burn a disk.
