Looking for program/addon

Maybe a stupid question but cant find it on google

Is there any program or addon that suggest dungeons/raids compared to your current gear?
For example, the programs looks what gear you have and then advise you to do X dungeon for gear

Not sure if im explaining it correctly (my english isnt that good).
