just load up a grinding or questing profile for your level, the BG bot automatically loads the profile needed for all battlegrounds as soon as it zones in. you can customize the default ones it comes with, and you can find those in the default profiles folder, (AV.xml EOTS.xml Ect..) but there are none since the BG bot deals with it all.
