Windows 2012 server maybe you meant ? Anyway, has anyone tried Hyper-V ? How does it compare with VMware ? Are you still able to use ***s to change the IP ?

edit : for me , using directx 11 instead of dx9 lowered the CPU usage . Worth trying.
