Looking for a little help

I've taken a fairly long break from botting and just got a couple questions/things i could use a hand with.

With the 1.07 patch, my demonbuddy and profiles/plugins are in need of updates. What routines and plugins would you suggest for a3 farming?
Also, probably a retarded question, where do I update my demonbuddy
