Looking for a little help with ISBoxer with D3 and DB

Imagine you're absolutely moronic and imagine what you would need to be told to help set up isboxer and D3 with DB running.
Pretend you rarely do any computer stuff. Your biggest bragging rights being you dont use IE and your grandfather calls you a computer genius.

This is the level of assistance I'm looking for...

Can someone please please please post some instructions here? Isboxer is so intimidating with all the values and fields to fill in. I really need help with this. Will appreciate it if some help is given. I have accomplished nothing having seen numerous guides on Isboxer.
