Long time since I used HB/GB and don't know what to do! please help!

Hello, I bought HB/GB lifetime for a while ago and now I started with World of Warcraft again so I wanted to use my HB.

So, I logged in to my account and download HB as usual. But the new interface is so unusual to me and when i try to log in with my forum creditentials on the software it says authentication failed.

I tried logging in to buddyauth.com and I am able to reset my password there, but I cant log in after I've resetted my password. Really strange.

If any of you oldschoolers know what happened during the change please help me And if any moderator/admin need my invoice number, i got that too..

just use your key as username with no password when you log in to HB

I havent recieved any key, and when I try to retrieve one it says "An error has occured: Email address not found!"

since you are an old user,you have to log using a username and a password

you have to use the shop user and pass
if you dont remember the pass you can reset it here

if you dont remember your shop username as well,then you have to open a new thread on payments section and Bossland will check it asap
