so this is legal? blizz won't black list your paypal in the future? Or your paypal won't get a bad name or something? is there something dishonest about this? or do we have a reason?

Blizzard is the one that agrees to the refund everytime I do it. When the company disputes the claim, that's when it gets shitty. I've had no issues with Blizzard "blacklisting" my paypal account lol.

do you think if you keep doing this blizz will do something about it? say if you dispute 20 times, or maybe even 100 thro the year

I don't know. I cannot speak on behalf of what Blizzard will or will not do lol. At one point, no one ever expected Blizzard to take legal action against bot developers :). Alls I know, is that if there is a legal dispute with Blizzard, they're required to make the case at my convenience and location (as per their own legal policy). For them to have a legal representative fly out and do a small claims case would cost them in excess of $1,000 easily lol. There is no guarantee of how long the case would last.

so maybe if someone was to get in trouble it would be paypal too right? they gave permission for a refund? also another way to look at it is blizzard should have fought the dispute or had a department to send paypal all the info that you have received the game and played it for a certain amount of time.but because they didn't (kinda like if you don't show up in court, the other guy wins) you are entitled to the refund with now repercussions? So maybe this is pretty safe?
