red servers is an easy fix as it has happened before.
If in windows go to your start button in the search area type c:\programdata hit enter dont wait for anything to pop up.
Inside this folder delete your battle.net folder then reopen wow normally.
If new error happens, download the setup at battle.net website it will say full client download but this is not the case its a 112 meg dl I think dl that run the setup all should be well.
