Logmein

Hi guys,

Just started to use logmein (free trial?) - it works really well but my wow screens just come up as black screens? (i can see them on the host pc ofc).

Anyone got any ideas?

I use logmein all the time. the black video is all you will see every time. logmein never shows 3d accelerated graphics. u cannot use logmein to visually monitor your toon. you can minimize wow tho to watch the information that the bot itself shows. if you want to see video of your wow you can use another program to capture and stream the video over the internet. I havent done this yet but i have seen links to live botting streams somewhere in these forums. I dont remember what the program is called tho. good luck.
 
You can see everything visually in logmein, you just need to enable 'Use Display Accelerator'. Once you log into your machine, click preferences on the left, then general. Should be the second checkbox down.

Granted could be very slow, and very difficult to interact, but at least you can see everything.
 
incorrect i'm using logmein as we speak and I can see the video absolutely fine. If you haven't already might be worth setting all the graphics settings to minimum.
 
or try using teamviewer :) its free and works well aswell :D even better than logmein imo :)

I've expierenced this in the past, and my wife has this happen on one of her older computers. Its because the graphics card is old or you're not running a "high performance" graphics card.

But I use Logmein ALL the damn time for monitoring my bots. Best tool ever!

Hi guys

I've checked and i do have the display accelerator turned on!

I'm running an XFX nvidia gtx 470 so i doubt you'd consider that to be an out-dated card? o_o

Thanks for the advice anyway!
 
LogMeIn is awesome! The coolest thing is the iPhone app though! That totally rocks :p
 
the iphone app is chargeable but if you JB your device you can get it for free!
 
anyone post a quick way to get it free with a jailbroken iphone, is it a cydia app, or a pirated official ap?
