Loging in issues, need help please

Whenever I try to log onto my laptop and hit Login on Gatherbuddy it says attemptAuth: FAILED! , Ive disabled my firewall and turned off Active Armor firewall and I still get that message. Anyone have similar issue before? Ive been at this for a week now trying to get it to work. I even completely reinstalled windows on it thinking it could be a bug. Problem still persists tho, it was working fine before 3.3 lich king patch.


edit: log in works on my desktop its just my laptop that does that

verify that you can log into auth.gatherbuddy.de w/ laptop, if not... add that to the "safe" list on laptop. for instance i cannot log into auth w/ a lowercase k, it has to be a big K in Kickazz006

I can log onto auth from my laptop just fine still wont let me loginto the program tho I tried everything w/ caps w/o etc

go at shop page and ask for a pass reset

The problem isnt the pw It works with my desktop just fine, its only my laptop and its not only gatherbuddy its also honorbuddy. Not having this issue with any other program.
