login troubles

Hello,

Havent used my HB for a couple of months so wanted to start today but got auth failed. bought my one year subscription in june so no way that its expired. Tried resetting my passsword (it said check your mail) but havent got anything (not even in my unwanted mail section). restarted my pc but no luck. maybe there is something wrong with my account?
 
are you sure that you are using the payment email for the reset?

I made a new folder, lets say I name it A
I copy paste A and rename it to B because I want one for professionbuddy only.
Both HB are still untouched so normally they are the same.
I open the B honorbuddy and I get auth failed.
I open the A honorbuddy and I can login without a hassle...
 
yup absolutely shure. followed this one: Bossland GmbH . It says that the reset mail has been sent however nothing happened. i tried the original login and password sent to me when i bought HB but still no go. cant understand why it doesnt work. a friend of mine tried it at his comp but still got the same msg. So it cant be HB related since he uses HB frequently with his account. Any ideas? tx
 
open a new thread on payments and Bossland will check it
