Login problem

I keep getting Could not connect to the authentication server. It may be too busy to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again!
Authentication failed.

And ive been reading posts and guides through the forum, and some people say that when you get auth bad on the login.try thing, the information you entered is wrong, I have made 2 accounts and tried with both, nothing. Is it possible to borrow a test account of some kind to check if its just the account. Do I need to rebot my computer or?

Just registred so it can be that my account is to new, but i doubt it.

Just keep trying / restart it ( I have that problem sometimes and just restart it or try login a few more times works)

do you have symbols on your pass?

are you sure that you are trying to log with your shop info and not with your forum info?

try to reset your pass
