Login not working

I'm trying to log into my honorbuddy after not using it for a while, but It says my username and pw are wrong and I don't know how to change them?


Thanks for any help.
 
I've tried to do that but my forum and shop pw are not the same as my bot's username and pw. I haven't been able to find where I can make them all the same. I've already linked my shop and forum.
 
you cant make them the same

you have to use your shop/bot user and pass not forums info
 
Ok, so I've used my shop info, and attempted to use everything else I can to login. I know this is annoying but exactly where can i find the place to change this info on my bot?
 
Ok, so I've changed my pw, I've typed it in the bot and it still says login failed. With the changes you guys did could my account have been deleted or lost? I had paid for a lifetime 3 session subscription.
 
Ok I can login to the Buddy Auth Portal, but It still doesn't let me login to the bot.
 
the info for the portal and for the bot are thsame

that means that something is blocking Hb on your machine

add exception for Hb on your firewall and antivirus
 
Ok well, i just tried to login and it worked. Idk how but I guess its fine now. Thanks for the help!
