Authentication failed!

- was using it earlier today no problems
- re-installed hb, same thing happens
- same password / username i have always used re-entered just to make sure
- started using hb a long time ago so havent got the code thingy.

having the same issue.. was running the bot and my power went off and on and when i reloaded everything i get the authen failed max sessions

make sure you are using the same info as this page

thanks for the quick responses, i have done as said however my login info doesn't seem to work anymore and when i try to reset my password also doesn't work.

and you are using your KEY as your username with no password when logging into honorbuddy?

im afraid i either haven't got a key,( started using hb 2 years ago) or by my own fault have deleted the email.

you don't have a transaction id of any kind? maybe if you checked out with paypal you could look into your history and find it?
 
I cannot login to my bot either, have tried different stuff for 3 days now and nothing seems to work. I still get the "Authentication Failed" when i try to login.
-Reinstalled the bot didnt work!
-Went to the buddyauth and subscribed my key, didnt work!

What the h*ll am i suppost to do now? Please help me!

add exceptions on your firewall and your antivirus for Hb and also make sure port 5031 is open (router)
 
i have tried it now, eaven removed my antivirus program and it still doesnt work!

are you on a limited network?
 
I have checked the ports! And the strangest thing is that tje bot worked some weeks ago. Then it just stopped and i couldnt get it working! I asked my friend and he has never had this problem!
