Login Issue

I got my key and everything, but when i try to login on the new client, it says "Authentication failed" or something,, but it works fine on the old client.. I got the key, and not username and pw..

What can be the problem?

we are having auth server problems at the moment, if you keep trying you should be able to get on for a while at least. we are working to resolve the issue.

Got it working after 30 minutes of constant logging in, honestly with how awsome this bot has been an what its done for me this is not a issue ! never had anything but great customer service an help from you guys !
