Login Failed Too many Sessions for your key! Only one hb is use

I have been getting this for a day or so i have tried fresh installation clearing temp files closing and restarting computer and so on i have never let anyone use my key and i have only ever used my key i don't know whats going on or if anyone else is experiencing this issue too
