Login faild, max sessions reach, non session to kill in Buddy Auth Portal

Good evening,

As the tittle said, I'm having problems login in for Max Sessions reach but there is non session to kill in Buddy Auth Portal. Last time I log in successfully HB3 freeze and need to kill the process. I attach both logs; when freeze happens and last login try.

Already send mail to support, but they send me here.
