Login details gone after update

Hey - I've been using Honorbuddy for a few months now, and today after updating my login details disappeared from the login screen.
I can't remember either username or password, because I normally don't look at it, I just log in without thinking of it.
I've been trying to search for any mail, where it could stand, but without luck, what do I do?
