Login / Authentication issues with Lifetime

I tried logging into HB a few minutes ago, Lifetime subscription I bought a few weeks ago. When I opened up HB I noticed that the saved Username and Passwords had changed from what they were before. And these new ones are invalid.

Unfortunately I cannot remember my Shop username and your reset options only allow me to reset my password.

Can I please have an email sent to me with my Shop name? I think once I have that I shouldn't have any problems getting logged in.
