Logic Rules and Favourites

I've setted in the logic rules to keep 2 of pokemons and transfer belonging to CP and IV. I've 3 pokemons of one kind. One of them is marked as favourite. Both other are kept. Why? I've now 3 pokemons but i want only 2. Why the favourite poke is not counted?

the favorite is not counted, because you say not transfer favorite pokemon in the settings.
