anyone can say me how i must set the logic when i want to keep all the pokemon OVER IV 90? all other can transfer...

so i am right when i set
condition : IV
Operator : >
value: 90

what means the other?

< means Less than
> means greater than
== This is the exact number you want
>= greater than or equal to
<= Less than or equal to
